J. Suzette Hansrote was born and raised in Clarksville, Tennessee. She attended Clarksville High School and later attended Austin Peay State University. She graduated from Austin Peay in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree. She graduated from the University of Memphis, School of Law in 1991 and returned to Clarksville to begin her practice of law in 1992. Since that time she has handled thousands of cases in a variety of legal fields. At this time, Mrs. Hansrote accepts cases in the areas of bankruptcy, family law, divorce, adoption and family law mediation. In 1999, Mrs. Hansrote was trained as a Family Law Mediator. She is now a Tennessee State Supreme Court Listed and Approved Mediator. This skill has sharpened Mrs. Hansrote's abilities in settlements and in litigation.

R. Todd Hansrote was born and raised in West Virginia. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism from West Virginia University in 1988. He graduated from the University of Memphis, School of Law in 1991 and moved to Clarksville to begin practicing law at that time. Mr. Hansrote handles cases in a variety of legal areas including personal injury, wrongful death, automobile and tractor trailer accidents, contested family law matters, DUI, felony and misdemeanor criminal offenses, medical malpractice, birth and nursing home negligence, military and courts martial cases in both state and federal Courts. Mr. Hansrote has obtained large sums of money for clients who have been injured because of the fault of another. He is available to his clients and strives to keep a professional and a personable relationship with them. Mr. Hansrote provides straight-forward, hard hitting representation for his clients.
